Luxury Lounge Villa “The Beachhouse” is located in one of the most beautiful and best locations in Moraira: only a 700 meter walk from the center and 900 meters to the most beautiful beach in Moraira “El Portet”. The villa is located in a very private and quiet area in the popular residential area “Pla del Mar”. The villa has a closed entrance and shaded parking on site for 2 cars.

The completely new and attractively furnished villa is south-oriented and has the sun all day long. The villa is located on one level (few steps at the front door), has 4 spacious, very charming bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, spacious living room with gas fireplace and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen-diner has a large facade that can be opened completely, providing direct contact with the garden, terrace and swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold).

The large covered terrace (naja), like the cabana with the large dining table, is located directly next to the spacious, heated swimming pool (9×4). There are plenty of lounge areas around in both the sun and shade. The complete outdoor kitchen is ready for a delicious BBQ. For chilly days or the evenings you can use the jacuzzi, romantically located under the 150-year-old olive tree. Various fruit trees and tropical plants create a great holiday atmosphere.
