We are Wouter & Anouk. Since October 2021 we have been the proud owners of our lovely villa within walking distance of the center of Moraira. We have been enjoying this nice, authentic fishing village right by the sea with its great climate for a few years now. So when the opportunity came to buy something here ourselves, we didn’t hesitate. Especially when our dream house came along, which is perfectly located, near the center and our favorite beach El Portet.
