Villa Atrapauenos

Villa Atrapasuenos is a detached private villa with a spacious swimming pool and a large garden with plenty of privacy. The house is in authentic Spanish style on the outside, but completely modernized on the inside. All areas have air conditioning. It is located in Moraira within walking distance (800 meters) of the Beach and the Center. Villa Atrapasuenos, or villa dream catcher!

The house: The villa is private and detached with private parking, a large garden (800 m2 plot) and spacious swimming pool. The house is suitable for 4+2 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Living room: The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a separate armchair. There is a smart television and WiFi (fiber optic). The living room has air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can be extended for 6 people.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. Including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, blender, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Terrace: From the room you go outside to the covered terrace with lighting, dining table and ceiling fan. From this terrace you have a view of the swimming pool.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool measures 9×4 meters and has lighting. The depth ranges from 1.20m to 1.80m. There is also an outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds, outdoor furniture and parasols.

Garden: The garden is surrounding the villa with local vegetation. Furthermore, the plot is completely fenced with lots of privacy. In a separate room there is a washing machine and a mobile BBQ (to be placed on the terrace, not by the pool).

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the villa and has a view of the mountains. The room has two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the house and has a double bed with drawers under the bed, a built-in cupboard for hanging clothes and 1 separate cupboard with shelves. Equipped with air conditioning.

Bathroom: There is a bathroom with double sink, mirrors, shower and toilet.

Details: A small part of the house is closed off. This is the private bedroom and bathroom for times when the villa is not rented. This space is not available to tenants. There is a Dutch, English, Spanish-speaking manager present. She takes care of the key transfer and is the direct contact person during your stay. The site can be closed by means of a sliding gate, inside which you have enough space to park 2 cars.

– €125,- final cleaning
– €350,- Deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure
– The estimated consumption costs for electricity per week (approximately 60 Euro for 125 KWh) are included in the rental price. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.

The location: The villa is located in the ‘Pinar de l’Advocat’ district. This is a 10 to 15 minute walk (about 850 meters) from the old center, the beach ‘Platgetes’ or ‘La Galera’ near bar Algas and La Cabana.
