It has a large saltwater swimming pool (12 meters x 6 meters) and NATURAL CHLORINE (NOT CHEMICAL!), Is new and ideal for individual families and large groups. A total garden of 3500 m².

Villa is ecological, cool inside even when it’s hot outside: very thermally insulated roofs and walls, there is AIR CONDITIONING but you won’t need it. The tall pines make the air very oxygenated and fresh. Salt water swimming pool without the addition of chemicals.
