This apartment, based on the golfresort, is situated on the sunny south/west side and has a beautiful view at the mountains and hole 9 and 18 of the challenging golfcourse Alhama Signature, designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus!
At apartment number 808 you find a beautiful ground-floor corner (nice privacy) apartment that will enable you to relax after a day well spend.
It is a 70 m2 fully furnished and equiped apartment and fully airconditioned. 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 single beds and 1 large sofabed in the livingroom. So 5 adults can have a good night sleep in comfortable beds.
A Smart tv with internet connexion through WIFI 5G optical fiber-internet. Netflix, YouTube etc.. Or other portals you have login codes for.
The kitchen offers you all necessary equipment, such as an induction plate to cook on, a fridge with freezer, watercooker, microwave, dishwasher, oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
In the apartment you find 2 bedrooms, both with 2 separate large beds and a large wardrobe.
Because of the sofa bed in the living room, a total of 5 persons can stay in the apartment during your stay.
In the bathroom you find a shower and bath.
A washing machine is also present in an enclosed separate space.
Garden and terras (with sunscreens and garden furniture) are facing sunny south/west and enabling a view to the mountains and the Jack Nicklaus Golfcourse.
In addition there is a heater on gas (for use both inside and outside the apartment),
Near the apartment you find the allocated free parking space.
In Low Season( Rest of the year): When booked for 2 weeks or more we offer a discount of 15%.
One free set of towels and bedlinen per person.
