“VILLA LIMONERO” is a 500m2 house, spread over two floors. The house is decorated in a practical, functional and cozy way, providing all the comforts. It has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. With a beautiful garden area and a 12×6 meter pool with lights and grass around it.

There is a storage room where the electric water heater is located that supplies hot water to the entire lower floor.

In the house there is an iron and ironing board. It has WIFI and electric radiators in all rooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The garage, where there is another electric water heater that supplies the entire ground floor, is large, with capacity for 2 cars. And outside fit another 2 cars.
