The villa is 380 m2 and sleeps 18/22, consists of three floors. To go to the lower floors there is an external staircase. It has 9 bedrooms and in two living rooms two sofa beds,there are six bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two living rooms and a dining room and kitchen. There are 4 small living rooms, dining rooms and a small kitchen on the upper floors.

The villa has recently been redecorated in a modern style. There are new beds in all bedrooms, it has TV with satellite and TDT and Wi-Fi.

All the kitchens have a very complete inventory calculated for 15 people, they have a dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave oven and a refrigerator with refrigerator.

Exterior

It has a beautiful large heated pool. There are many places to sit, by the pool or on one of the outdoor balconies. A large parking lot for more than 10 cars.

The villa receives many hours of sunshine and is very private and quiet.

Location

This large luxury house, located at the foot of the imposing “Cumbre del Sol”, is only 10 minutes by car from Moraira but also from Jávea, both with its beautiful beaches and only six minutes by car from the beach of Cumbre del Sun.

A 10 minute drive away is the small town of Moraira with its beaches. It is a very cozy and friendly village with a large number of quality restaurants and bars. During the summer there is a lot to do and see such as attending the open air concerts or the gastronomic fairs. At 30 minutes by car you will find Benidorm, a tourist town with a number of amusement and water parks and many nightclubs.
