Villa Olimpia is a luxury design villa located in one of the most beautiful areas of Jávea, Portichol, at only 350m from the sea. In a privileged setting and at walking distance to the bay ´La Barraca´ where you can wine and dine in one of the best beach restaurants from the area: Cala Clemence. The villa is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Upon entering on the top floor is a grand hall from which there is an immediate magnicifent view down to the living area of villa Olimpia.
From the hall there is access on the left to three luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower, built-in wardrobes and all with stunning sea views and access to the terrace. The third bedroom also has a bathtub in the bathroom for relaxing while enjoying beautiful views.
Also on this floor is an office area with a printer and a separate utility room with a washer and dryer and the lift that functions across all three floors.

From the hall there is an impressive marble staircase that leads to a floor below. Here is to the living/dining area of the villa and luxury and views are omnipresent.
This open plan space offers comfortable spacious lounge seating with television with high quality audio and visual equipment for optimal viewing pleasure. Both national and international channels can be received. (Streaming + fibre optic internet).

The dining area connects to the living room as well as the kitchen and features a large family table.
The kitchen is fully fitted with quality appliances (NEFF) and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. (Oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine etc).

A guest toilet and is available on this floor lift with the lift next to it.

The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom and is the only bedroom on this floor. A beautiful spacious room with a spectacular en suite bathroom with sliding doors, double sink, walk-in shower and bathtub. Once again rewarded with amazing views!

The spacious living/dining room enjoys beautiful large windows with sliding doors to the terrace and private pool (12×3) with beautiful sea views. The large terrace has 8 sun beds with side tables, two comfy chez longue beds, a lovely lounge area and a large table with 10 chairs. The barbecue (gas) is also located here. In the evening, all terraces and the swimming pool are illuminated, giving an impressive character to the villa and for lovely summer evenings outside.

On the ground floor is a very spacious gym. Here you will find the best equipment to stay in shape during your holiday. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet are located next to the gym for after exercise.

Multiple car parking will not be a problem here. There is a total of 4 open parking spaces, two of which are at the top of the villa at street level and two on the driveway. All within the plot and behind the double gate.

What you must know when you book:
The rental price includes the use of electricity and WIFI and linen packs (8 pax).
An extra charge of € 500 per booking for the final cleaning.
The minimum stay is 3 nights except for the months July and August. A minimum stay of 7 nights apply.
With stays from two weeks or longer, there will be a change of bed linen and towels in between.
The villa is entered by a double gate to ensure privacy and safety.
Refundable breakage deposit* off €5000. (Refunded within 5 working days after departure).
At arrival and entrance of the the villa, an official tenant registration will take place via an App scanning ID documents.
