Located in a small urbanisation, this 2-storey Spanish bungalow comprises two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. This holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy your leisure time in quiet and comfortable surroundings.

The cosy living room has a dining table for 6 where you can dine for hours. In the colder months, snuggle up on the couch by the crackling fireplace. From the living room you have access to the separate kitchen and a spacious balcony. The balcony has a terrace table with 6 chairs and a lounge set to enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Via the stairs you reach the spacious private terrace at the back of the house with 2 sun loungers, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. You overlook the tree-lined gardens and the communal pool. The pool is spacious with enough room for everyone to enjoy the sun, which shines profusely in this region.

Casa Basta is just a 4-minute drive from the picturesque village of Moraira and the azure Cala Baladrar. Moraira used to be a fishing village. A beautiful harbour can therefore not be missed. What began as a small fishing port is now a large port with luxury yachts. The modern port is now one of the largest on the Costa Blanca. Take a stroll through the port, have a seat at one of the restaurants and imagine yourself in luxurious surroundings. Beach lovers are in for a treat, within 3 minutes you are at the coast and also nearby you have a choice of beautiful coves with sand or pebble beaches where you can relax and swim all day. There are no less than 3 beautiful golf courses within short driving distance, 1 of which is less than 9 minutes from this holiday villa. A day trip to Alicante is definitely recommended and don’t forget the historic Altea.
