Casa Esprons

Our bungalow Casa Esprons is very quietly situated on 4 hectares of private land, one kilometer outside El Alhanchete, a hamlet of the town of Cuevas del Almanzora. Far from the touristic urbanizations and yet only 15 minutes by car from the beach, the Costa de Almería and 5 minutes from Cuevas del Almanzora, a town that has kept its original character.

Layout Casa Esprons:
Living room with open kitchen, air conditioning, TV (Dutch channels) and DVD set, sound system, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fridge with spacious freezer compartment.
A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
Bathroom with bath, sink, shower and washing machine.
Toilet with washbasin.
Hall.
Veranda, two terraces, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers and outdoor shower. Garden and carport.
There is an additional trundle bed.
Linens, towels and washcloths provided.
Access for guests
Swimming pool, garden, deckchairs, seating by the pool. The swimming pool is located 50 meters away. We also use it sporadically, but rarely during the day.
