Modern townhouse with fantastic views of the sea, the town and the mountains. It is located in a gated community near the center and the beach. The urbanization has only 10 houses that share a communal pool.

The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, it has the entrance, garage for 1 car and 1 bedroom (with a 1.60 m double bed). On the ground floor, it has a living-dining room, Smart TV, with access to a large terrace with magnificent views, an equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc.), pantry, and a shower room. On the top floor, it has 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed of 1.60m and 2 single beds of 0.90m), with access to a terrace and a small garden with views, and 2 complete bathrooms.

There is an antenna for mobile phones more than 40 meters from the house.

These mild temperatures allow a very varied and rich tropical vegetation. With this climate you can enjoy its magnificent beaches and excursions all year round. It is an excellent place to spend your vacation.
