The house is located on a quiet road but only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Andalusian village of Comares, also known as ‘The Pearl of Axarquia’ and voted ‘Pueblo magico d’España’. There are lovely terraces, some shaded to enjoy al fresco dining
The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning on a ‘pay your own use’ basis and 2 bathrooms. There is a very cozy and comfortable living room with a pellet stove for the colder evenings and a large French window which opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is TV, DVD, stereo, FREE WIFI and ample parking.
