This delightful apartment in Jávea with three bedrooms on the second floor is located just 400 meters from the Playa del Arenal (Platja de l’Arenal) with restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

This spacious house (100m2) is accessible via a staircase in a quiet apartment complex with mainly permanent residents. It is not rented out to young people under the age of 28.

The apartment consists of an open plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a separate fully equipped kitchen:
