The “Sunrise” apartment is on the fifth floor in a building with an elevator right in front of the “Curva del Palangre” in Torrevieja, between Playa de los Locos and Playa del Cura. It has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the beach. From the terrace and from the living room you can see the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea.
To access the building you have to climb 11 steps

It is a 100 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs. The main room has a 150X190cm double bed. Another of the rooms has another double bed of 140X190cm and the third room has a single bed of 90X190cm.

The apartment is facing the sea and has good ventilation: it is cool in summer.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There are 4 beaches in Torrevieja and some natural pools in the sea:

Playa del Cura: at the south of the apartment. This beach has been awarded Qualitur, ISO 14000, ISO 9000 and Blue Flag. On the afternoons in summer it is typical the “Habaneras afternoons”: lots of people go there to listen to Habaneras music
Playa de los Locos: it has this name due to the old madhouse that was build nearby. This beach has also warm and clear water as well as white sand. It is located at the north of the apartment and has been awarded Qualitur, ISO 14000 and ISO 9000.
Playa de los Naufragos: at the south of the city. It has a promenade, car park and it is wheel chair accessible. It has been awarded Qualitur, ISO 14000, ISO 9000, Ecobeaches, Blue Flag.
Playa de la Mata: it is a quieter beach situated out of Torrevieja.
