Description
Located in a building that used to be an ancient monastery, overlooking the gulf, the apartment is in a convenient position to reach all the places of tourist interest in the area: 10 km from Lerici, 17 km from Portovenere, 12 from Sarzana; 3 km from the La Spezia Migliarina railway station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre, and 10 minutes by car from the city center and the boats for the gulf tour, Isola Palmaria and Cinque Terre. 3 bikes available.
The apartment is within a rural condominium area, delimited by a gate with a code. Guests will be provided with a remote control for the duration of their stay. Parking is private and free, Indoor there are: one bedroom, with a double bad and two single ones, one bathroom with tub and shower, free washing machine; one living room with dining area and a sofa bed as well. Bathroom linen and sheets are included in the service. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating, including tablecloths, tea towels, etc.
Guests’ll find all the necessary to have breakfast and can order our products such as eggs, fruit and vegetables, olive oil, jams and marmelade, dishes. Restaurant on weekends.
