A beautiful area in Italy on the Adriatic coast, which has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. There is plenty to do for young and old! .

Our long awaited dream of pampering guests in Italy, has become a reality since June 2019. We have realized a perfect accommodation for you in the Marches
with 2 B&B rooms, 2 apartments, a swimming pool and a Breakfastroom with terrace. “Il Posto Perfetto” … the perfect spot for you! With us you get the wonderful Italy feeling la dolce vita.

You can reach the picturesque village of Santa Maria Nuova on foot or by car (only 1.5 km)
There you will find a bakery, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, a bar and a large supermarket.
You can also visit the beautiful city of Jesi (only 9 km)

If you want to visit other cities and villages, there are plenty of options.

Various beaches with cozy eateries are reachable within 25 minutes.

We are 20 minutes from Ancona airport
(Aeroporte di Ancona Falconara)
Bologna airport is only 2 hours away from us.

Rooms

STANZA VERDE

This beautiful, spacious 2-person B&B room is called STANZA VERDE .
If a cot is required, we can arrange it.

This B&B room is characterized by authentic elements such as opening windows, oak ceiling beams and terracotta tiles.
From this room you have a view of the swimming pool. The room is fully equipped.
The B&B room has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Guests may use our swimming pool.

The B&B room includes a delicious breakfast, to be enjoyed in our Breakfast room or on our outdoor terrace.
Guests can enjoy various drinks from our fridge in the Breakfast room throughout the day for a fee.
For culinary enthusiasts we serve an Italian 3-course menu once a week.

APPARTAMENTO MONTI

This beautiful, spacious 4-person apartment is called APPARTAMENTO MONTI.
It is suitable for both adults and children.

It consists of a spacious, lockable bedroom for 2 people and a living room for 2 people.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that is suitable for 2 people;
if guests prefer a sofa bed and a separate bed, we can arrange that.

This apartment has oak ceiling beams, terracotta tiles and old stone window sills.
The kitchen, on the other hand, is very modern and fully equipped (see facilities)
In the village of Santa Maria Nuova (1.5 km away) is a large supermarket, where you can do the necessary shopping.
The apartment has a barbecue.

From the private outside terrace you have a view of the rolling hills. At the front is an extra private outside terrace.
The bathroom in the apartment has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.

Guests may use our swimming pool.

If guests of an apartment want a breakfast, we can make an appointment about it.
Our guests can, if they wish, for a fee, consume various types of drinks from our fridge throughout the day
in the Breakfastroom. For culinary enthusiasts we serve an Italian 3-course menu once a week.

This beautiful, spacious 2-person B&B room is called STANZA AZZURRA .
If a cot is required, we can arrange it.

This B&B room is characterized by authentic elements such as opening windows, oak ceiling beams and terracotta tiles.
From this room you have a view of the swimming pool and the rolling hills. The room is fully equipped.

The room has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Guests may use our swimming pool.

The B&B room includes a delicious breakfast, to be enjoyed in our Breakfast room or on our outdoor terrace.
Guests can enjoy various drinks from our fridge in the Breakfast room throughout the day for a fee.

APPARTAMENTO COLLINA

This beautiful, spacious 4-person apartment is called APPARTAMENTO COLLINA.
It is suitable for both adults and children.

It consists of a lockable, spacious bedroom for 2 people and a living room for 2 people.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that is suitable for 2 people;
the sofa bed can be put apart, so there are 2 separate sleeping places.

This apartment has authentic elements such as terracotta tiles and old stone window sills.
The kitchen, on the other hand, is very modern and fully equipped (see facilities)
In the village of Santa Maria Nuova (1.5 km away) is a large supermarket, where you can do the necessary shopping.
