Our beautiful, private holiday home with its own jetty at EuroParcs Ijsselmeer (formerly Bungalowpark Zuiderzee) in Medemblik, Noord-Holland (North Holland), invites you to relaxing boat trips, barbecues, fishing, swimming, and games.

The cozy garden offers plenty of sunny and shady spots for lovely days and evenings on the terrace. The garden is fully fenced, so you can relax even as a family with small children.

Go exploring in the holiday park or the surrounding area! On foot, by bike, or by boat.

EuroParcs holiday park offers many beautiful playgrounds and an indoor pool with a large slide, so there are always activities on site, even on rainy days.

The sandy beach on the Ijsselmeer is a short walk away, directly across from the holiday home behind the dike. There you can enjoy some peace and quiet, build sandcastles, or swim in the water. Snacks and drinks await you at the De Zoete Zee Beach Pavilion, and children can let off steam on the playground.

Medemblik in North Holland is the oldest town in West Friesland and is especially popular with water sports enthusiasts.

Whether surfing, sailing, fishing, or stand-up paddling, there’s something for everyone here.

The holiday home

‘s ground floor features a modern, open-plan kitchen, a living room with a water view, a utility room, and a guest toilet with a shower.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, two large refrigerators with freezer compartments, an oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils.

The living room offers a beautiful view of the water across the terrace and your own private jetty, from which you can fish, read, sunbathe, or set off on a boat trip.

The canals take you to Medemblik, the other neighboring towns, and a free lock provides direct access to the IJsselmeer. You are welcome to bring your own boat (there is a slipway at the park) or rent one on-site at EuroParcs.

You are welcome to use our rowing boat and stand-up paddle (SUP) board free of charge. A small charcoal kettle grill and a 3-burner gas grill are available for barbecuing.

In the utility room on the ground floor, you’ll find a washing machine with a dryer, ironing board, iron, and clothes rack, which you can also use free of charge.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 x 200 cm), as well as a (children’s) bedroom with a loft bed. The lower bed in the children’s room can be pulled out to accommodate three people (each 90 x 200 cm). In total, the house can accommodate up to seven people. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating upstairs, as well as a storage room or walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.

If you are vacationing with small children, you can use the high chair, a travel cot, a baby bath, and a comfortable children’s seating area.

Bed linen, hand towels, and tea towels are not currently provided; please bring your own.

We rent the holiday home privately, but you can still take advantage of the many great leisure activities at EuroParcs. The swimming pool with a separate children’s pool and slide costs approximately €4 per person to enter. There are also many playgrounds, sports fields, a tennis court, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, and a restaurant with a bar. There’s even a bread delivery service from the park, and the Aldi and Albert Heijn supermarkets are just a few minutes away by bike.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people (+ small children sleeping in the parents’ bed or in a travel cot).
