Our goal is to bring together inspirational spaces, delicious food, fine wine and the opportunity to truly unwind and relax.

Constructed in 1739, this distinctive house reflects the prosperous period of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. Original Fresocs are dominating space and there is a notion that prominent Italian painter Anton Domenico Bamberini may have spent his final years here, likely cherishing the artwork as much as we do. Bamberini is renowned for his religious Baroque frescoes found in various churches between Florence and Pisa, including the cloister of St. Francis in San Casciano in Val di Pesa and the presbytery of the church of Santa Maria Novella in Marti, which he contributed to between 1719 and 1720.

Surrounded by luscious green hill views, Villa Loredana is best suited to those who look for stylish abode, enjoy good food, wine and are seeking for a tranquil time away.

We love entertaining, and our passion is bringing people together around our dining table.

On select weekends throughout the year, we host Wine & Dine Retreats, an intimate gathering of up to 10 guests. Perfect for meeting new friends or simply unwinding with your partner. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Tuscany while enjoying exquisite dinners in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where every detail is taken care of.

Welcome to Villa Loredana, where small luxuries are taken care of in aim of your comfort!

We have 5 spacious double bedrooms, each complete with its own private bathroom featuring walk-in showers and are stocked with those essential toiletries ( body wash and shampoo), hairdryers, plush towelling and bathrobes. Rest assured, our high-quality cotton bed linen and comfortable beds will make you feel just like at home( if not more!)

Whilst all our bedrooms have their own unique decor, they all come with the same great facilities (walk-in showers, toiletries, hairdryers, and bathrobes).

In addition to the bedrooms, the house also offers secure private parking and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, a cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more. Our outdoor kitchen is equipped with those most essential tools, crockery and glassware to rustle up a great BBQ outdoor and really enjoy the al fresco feel of Tuscan countryside.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a mini projector for screening their favorite Netflix or Amazon movies or sports events, whether indoors or outdoors. Pétanque, Billiard Table, cards and board games are also available, along with sun loungers on the garden terrace (10 meter long swimming pool coming soon- end of April 2025!).

Our services goes beyond just providing a place to stay. Located in a prime spot for easy access to Pisa or Florence, we offer personalized recommendations for activities in the area and what to do, can arrange wine or olive oil tastings, and are happy to suggest and book fantastic dining experiences.
