Description
A cozy typical Spanish house with various spots around the property to enjoy the sun and your privacy. It boasts a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Palamós, and it is equipped with all the amenities you need. The house is located in Calonge on the Costa Brava of Spain, close to Girona and a one-hour drive from Barcelona. We offer rentals for this holiday home during the peak season and holidays.
Spacious private pool 9×4.5 m with 8 sunbeds, seating area and canopy. You can swim laps but at the end of the day you can also sit in the water on the steps and enjoy the last bit of sun and the view!
Kitchen, dining room and living room are fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds that you can push together. The third bedroom is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, a private small bathroom with shower and toilet. Then there is a separate room under the house with a spacious bedroom, double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.
In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival date, 70% of the rent will be waived. The deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation after 1 month before arrival date, the full amount of the rent is due.
If the reservation has to be cancelled due to general government measures, the entire amount will be refunded.
