Description

The House layout & facilities.
San Ging is built into a hillside overlooking Keswick and the Northern fells.

Ground floor
The entrance to the house is directly from the drive, with parking for two + cars and an EVCP. Here there is the downstairs toilet and the utility room which includes a fridge freezer, washer and dryer. Access to the double garage is via the utility room.
Living space
A short staircase leads to the large dining kitchen with french doors leading on to a small balcony with super views. Well equipped with range cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need and the large dining table seats eight.
The second half of the staircase brings you to the main level of the house with the large, bright sunroom, providing a perfect space for reading, chatting or simply relaxing. This leads outside to the south facing patio with gas grill BBQ & outdoor dining. The house bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and basin, master bedroom with ensuite, and twin bedroom are also on this level.
A final set of stairs leads to the upper level and the lounge with amazing views, contemporary inset electric fire, flat screen smart TV, DVD player and stereo and WI-FI for your convenience. A further double bedroom and bunk room are also on this level.

The Bedrooms
San Ging has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin. The dual aspect windows command lovely views.
The twin bedroom has views to the garden
Next to the lounge on the top level is the double bedroom with great views and French doors on to the patio and a king size bed
Finally, the bunk bedroom is situated beside the double room
Quality bed linen and towels are provided.

A Travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available. A 4ft folding bed is also available.

Out & About
Keswick is located in the Northern Lake District, at the foot of the Skiddaw mountain range and at the Northern end of Derwentwater, the widest lake in the Lake District. The town attracts a wide range of visitors who enjoy the beauty of the area. There is a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries, a cinema, museum and theatre. There are also some stunning parks and the nearby lake which combined with a number of places of interest nearby make this an exciting area to stay.

Keswick is a haven for walkers who can enjoy some of the best and most famous walks in England. There are many other activities to choose from in the area including cycling and water sports, and various sporting events take place throughout the summer.

To add to your enjoyment, San Ging is part of the Theatre by the Lake Ambassador scheme and guests receive a discount on tickets to in-house performances. The discount code will be shared with guests.

Cancellation policy: Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival. Guests will be offered a 50% refund or the opportunity to postpone. No refund will be issued within 7 days of arrival.

For first time guests a damage bond of £200 is required with the balance. This will be returned to you after your stay when the house is left in good order
