The property is situated in the small hamlet in the area of iznajar and its lake where it enjoys the type of location that everyone dreams of ; south facing with sun all day and panoramic, breathtaking views across the valleys through olive groves and mountains. Lake and town of Iznajar is a 10 minutes drive from the property to the actual lake where you find bar/restaurants and water sports facilities such as pedalos, canoeing, kayaks and sunbeds to hire.

Utility/Pantry Room next to kitchen having a washing machine, deep chest freezer, dishwasher, hoover and shelving for storage.

Swimming Pool which is not heated is 13 meters x 6 meters and is one depth all over for safe swimming and has a natural stone built waterfall at one end. Decking seating area which is shaded by the grand old oak tree overlooks the fish pond and waterfall at the top of the landscaped garden having a variety of ornamental plants, shrubs, trees and fruit trees of which you are welcomed to pick when in season. There are a number of terraces around the landscape gardens which has chairs and tables and sun loungers including the interior patio/courtyard which has a small table and chairs plus a small sofa.

The Barbecue area which overlooks the swimming pool with its built in table and seating with fabulous views. Looking at the photographs will give you some idea of the interiors and exteriors of the property .

* Please Note that the owners Tom and Pam live in a separate part of the property to the guest living accommodation of which has its own private entrance to the property as well as the owners residence and Tom is on hand to clean the pool on alternative days during your stay of which he is up usually before guest are up and and about making sure that the pool and grounds are clean and if required information of places to visit and parking whether it be in the cities of Malaga 1 hour drive, Cordoba 1 hour 15 minutes drive, Granada 1 hour 15/20 minutes drive and 2 hours approximately drive to Seville.
