Peace, Space and Luxury! Detached holiday villa for max. 12 persons with 6 bedrooms situated on a plot of 900 m2. Free WiFi. Ideal for multiple families, a holiday with 3 generations or a good alternative with colleagues for “a business brainstorming session in a cabin on the heath”. Centrally located in the Netherlands 45 min-Amsterdam, 10 min-Harderwijk and 30 min-Utrecht. The bungalow park is very spacious and has a swimming pool (summer months), 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court. Shops 5 km.
The space
Detached house with on the ground floor 3 bedrooms each for 2 persons, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a separate toilet in the hall. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, a Lòr espresso machine for coffee capsules, kettle, oven / microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. Also on the ground floor a large dining table and a sitting area adjacent to the very spacious garden with terrace.
On the 1st floor, accessible via the stairs in the hall, there are 3 x 2 person bedrooms (2 bedrooms very spacious!), Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Safe available.
For the very young guests there are 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a baby bath and playpen available on request.
Ideal as a holiday home for several generations.

There is parking space for 3-
4 cars at the house.
Electric charging station on the driveway of the house available. Can be used in consultation.

Shared outdoor swimming pool, only open in the summer months, is located approx. 150 meters from the house.
(We try to open the swimming pool in the park from June to about mid-September)
Guest access
Guests of the park can make free use of a communal outdoor swimming pool on the spacious park during the summer months. There are also 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court.

For the guests of the park a swimming pool can be used free of charge on the spacious bungalow park during the summer months. There are also 2 tennis courts and a boule court.
Other things to look out for
The house is not rented to people / groups who organize noisy and / or drinking parties!
To be able to book, the average age must be at least 25 years.

Under no circumstances drinking / drug parties or other things that cause a nuisance !!!
So no nuisance to residents.
No music (carriers) allowed outside !!!
– Fireworks prohibited!
– Peace and quiet in the park between 22:00 and 08:00 !!! –
Smoking only allowed outside
– Receiving visitors only allowed after approval of the owner / host
If this is not complied with, immediate eviction will follow without refund!
– We do not rent to employees. The house is only intended for tourist purposes.
