This spacious apartment has been renovated into todays standars.
All rooms are very bright and modern.
The apartment consists of two floors. On the first floor you will find a large American kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, you also have a large flatscreen TV in the kitchen with international channels. In the living room, there is a desk, two sofas and large Smart TV, a relaxing room with a window and a single bedsofa. The large modern bathroom with shower and washing machine has its own entrance from the terrace.
The large terrace has a dining area, shower, sofa and sunbeds.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one has a large closet and double bed and its own balcony, the other two are connected and you have to go through one to get to the other. The two connecting rooms consist of: first one has three single beds and the second one a queen size bed. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
On this floor the bathroom has a shower.
There is Wifi in the house.
The house has two terraces, both of which enjoy views of Anfi beach and all the way to Arguineguin and beyond.
There is a outdoor dining area under the large pergola that has windows towards the sea and mountains, so you can have a nice dinner with views, from this area you can walk directly into the large kitchen.
The house is located on the same road above Anfi del Mar, with spectacular views of the sea. Anfi beach is known as the most beautiful beach with its white sands in the Caribbean.
The house is close to shops, restaurants and taxi / bus stops.

Lina created Gran Canaria House in 2010. She originates from Denmark and has been living full time in Gran Canaria since 1997. Her experience ranges from interior design stores who provided interior solutions for clients and also redecorating ideas, and contact with potential reconstructing companies. Her first experience with Gran Canaria was when she moved to the island as a child together with her mother and sister and lived here for 5 years. After finishing business school in Denmark she decided to come back to Gran Canaria and its beautiful and stabile climate. Lina speaks several languages such as Danish, Spanish, English and German.
