The house consists of a fully fitted open plan American kitchen living/dining room with SMART TV, WIFI and air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, 1 master bedroom with a safe and two bedrooms together. These two bedrooms are great for families with small children. The two adult rooms have double beds and the extra bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. From this double bedroom you can go directly out to the large terrace. There is an outdoor toilet and shower.
There are 6 deckchairs, large outdoor dining table, gas bbq, cozy corner with sofa and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
The house gets sun from morning to late afternoon.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
Normal use of water and electricity is included in the rental price.
The house is just 2 min walk from the 9th and 18th hole ANFI GOLF RESORT AND GOLF.
I take about 20 minutes to walk to the white sand beach AMADORES.

Lina created Gran Canaria House in 2010. She originates from Denmark and has been living full time in Gran Canaria since 1997. Her experience ranges from interior design stores who provided interior solutions for clients and also redecorating ideas, and contact with potential reconstructing companies. Her first experience with Gran Canaria was when she moved to the island as a child together with her mother and sister and lived here for 5 years. After finishing business school in Denmark she decided to come back to Gran Canaria and its beautiful and stabile climate. Lina speaks several languages such as Danish, Spanish, English and German.
