The apartment is close to the shopping centre, bus/taxi stop, as well as the beach and the harbour.
The apartment consists of a terrace with a table for 4 people, a small sofa and an awning for shade during the hot daytime hours.
There is a smart TV in the home, wifi and an alarm.
On the lower floor you will find the living room with its large leather sofa and large TV, the living room continues into the dining room and an open kitchen. There is also a small toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a shared bath with jet shower. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, as well as the sitting room.
In the complex there are several entrances, so it is easy to get to the local minidino supermarket.
There is a fall pool and baby basing for the little ones. If you prefer the sea, the beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Lina created Gran Canaria House in 2010. She originates from Denmark and has been living full time in Gran Canaria since 1997. Her experience ranges from interior design stores who provided interior solutions for clients and also redecorating ideas, and contact with potential reconstructing companies. Her first experience with Gran Canaria was when she moved to the island as a child together with her mother and sister and lived here for 5 years. After finishing business school in Denmark she decided to come back to Gran Canaria and its beautiful and stabile climate. Lina speaks several languages such as Danish, Spanish, English and German.
