In the cool basement you will find 2 bedrooms (a third can be opened for larger families and must be paid extra), 1 toilet and two bathrooms with shower. There is also a large playroom for big or small children 😉 with gym and table tennis table.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the ground floor you will find a large and modern kitchen with oven / stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet.

In the living room there are two large leather sofas, smart TV, DVD player and a large dining table. On this ground floor and first floor with the other two bedrooms, there is air conditioning installed and also WIFI.

On the first floor there are no more than two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets as well as a lovely terrace/balcony with views of the mountains.

Outside there is a large dining table, 6 deckchairs and a large garden with pool.

This villa is located in a very quiet and private area, and just a few steps away from one of Gran Canaria’s great walking routes.
At night you can also enjoy the outdoor space when the plants are beautifully lit.
The famous Tauro golf is within walking distance and the white sandy beach of Playa Amadores is just 5 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Included in the price are bed linen, towels and normal use of water and electricity.
Mandatory final cleaning cost 200 Euro.
