Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Harbour”.
This 1 bedroom apartment has been completely renovated to today’s standards, has WIFI and air conditioning.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but you can access it with the elevator.
It has a small entrance, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together (but can be separated if desired) a small but complete and functional kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge-freezer, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. From the kitchen you continue into the living room, which has a large flat screen smart TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, air conditioning, small office desk and a sofa bed.
The apartment has mainly been set up and rented out for 2 people, but you can pay an extra fee and a 3rd person can sleep on the sofa bed.
The apartment also offers a travel cot and high chair.
From the living room, you go straight out to a large terrace that had a dining table with chairs for 4 and 2 large deck chairs. There is also an awning that can cover the cave terrace, for those hot days that you need the extra shade.
On the roof, there is a lounge area that guests can use to sunbathe. There is also an outdoor shower there.
Just outside the complex, you only have to walk around 50 meters to the nearest SPAR supermarket, beach or 100 meters to get to the harbor and the area we call “little Venice”.
There are so many shops and restaurants, small bars, playground right nearby that you can walk to.
Car is not essential. The local bus station is also only 100-150 meters from the apartment.
Parking is not included in the rental price.
