We invite you to enjoy this impressive three-story home with an exclusive rooftop terrace, just a minute’s walk from the beach.
This historic house is one of the last remaining gems in the picturesque and central fishing district of Barceloneta. It is equipped with everything you need to ensure a unique and unforgettable stay.
I grew up in Barcelona and I will be happy to give you tips and recommendations about the city.
The space
The house is divided into 3 floors:
On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
The first floor houses two bedrooms, one of which has a charming balcony.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the roof terrace, you will enjoy a private terrace with comfortable sofas.
Other highlights
In Barcelona, a tourist fee of €5.50 per person per night applies. This amount will be added to the final price and collected in CASH upon your arrival. Children under 18 are excluded. This fee applies for the first 7 nights of each reservation.
The house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to its narrow stairs and its distribution on different floors.
Important Rules:
– Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
– Parties are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
