In 2023, we completely refreshed our magnificent 70m² penthouse and its 2 terraces, including a private 55m² solarium, by repainting it and replacing many of the pieces of furniture with new ones, as well as the decor. The space
Modern Penthouse with air conditioning, no smoking inside, consisting of two bedrooms and convertible sofa with a total of 6 beds, folding bed for baby, high chair. the apartment is equipped with two sets of bed sheets + bath towels two games for 6 people. There are also 4 beach towels. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven and fridge – freezer. the apartment has a washing machine. a dryer to the outside, as well as an ironing board and an iron. By the terrace at the living room, you reach the top of the apartment where a 55m² private terrace is located, fully equipped. you will find two lounge, 4 sunbed, a sun shower, a dining table for 6, a gas plancha , a fridge with freezer, the dining table is located under a pergola, equipped with an awning for a shade of 16m2.
Guest access
Guests have access also to the garden and communal swimming pool with bubble bath and plunge pool, the playground and petanque. From the terrace there are views of the swimming pool of the residence and over the plancha at 10 o’clock, you can see the harbor and marina of torrevieja
Other things to note
The apartment can be taken in possession from 4pm the day of your arrival and must be released for 11am on the day of your departure. In case of late arrivals after 10 pm, extra cost can be requested.

The cleaning of the apartment is included in the price of the rental, it is managed by an external company, namely the company that also manages the keys. This package includes a full cleaning of the apartment as well as cleaning of bed and bath linens used during your stay. It goes without saying that you must keep the apartment in a state of cleanliness throughout your stay.
The cushions of the living room, deckchair and dining room for the upper terrace part are white, it is not allowed to settle there with the body covered with cream or solar oil, otherwise it will cause stains with difficulty recoverable. You are asked to take the precaution to drop your beach towel on it before you settle down there. It is also asked to avoid putting hands on the walls, the paintings being new we would appreciate to keep it in this impeccable state for as long as possible. Children often like to help themselves in turns by standing with the white walls.

Electricity package: As the apartment is fully equipped with Led and class A or A + appliances, it does not consume much energy. The fact remains that the price of electricity has doubled over the past year. A package of 12kwh / night is included in the rental price. Taking into account normal use of air conditioning, this is more than sufficient. A digital meter is present in the electrical box, it is easily accessible to you and therefore consultable at any time. A reading will be taken on entry and exit. if significant overconsumption was observed, you would be charged an additional 0.39€ / kwh (rate in effect on september 2024). This additional cost may be the subject of a deduction from the rental deposit.

This type of overrun only occurs in the event of non-responsible use of the air conditioning. Indeed, leaving the air conditioning on all day does not make sense and in addition it is eco-irresponsible. Now knowing the facts, it remains up to you to offer yourself more comfort with air conditioning that turns on colder, or on warmer during stays in autumn and winter …

Basic necessities: although the supermarket at the resort’s doorstep opens until 10 pm, it is never cheerful when you arrive late to not have toilet paper or a bottle of water on hand. The apartment contains all the necessities as well as all necessary cleaning products. At each entrance wi put few caps of coffee and two new roll of toilet paper. The Community principle of good quality is simple, the one that ends the product, replaces it with its equivalent. This is valid for each product.
Safety: Never leave the key on the door, if you are locked outside, if the key is inside the door, it is not possible to open it from the outside and when You leave the apartment, it is mandatory to close all windows against the risk of theft. In such a case, you would not be able to access the interior of the dwelling without the intervention of a locksmith, which would be damaging and relatively expensive. It has happened to us, so we know at our own expense what this causes as inconveniences.
Healthcare in Spain is of great quality, in case of major concern, the university hospital of Torrevieja is 1.4 km from the apartment is 3 minutes by car.
