The apartment also offers a spacious hall, a dining room with a dining table and chairs and a modern kitchen, from which there is access to a room with a washing machine and a hot water boiler. The apartment has a large terrace, oriented to the southwest, with access from the master bedroom and from the hall. It has a beautiful view of the exotic garden and pool and is the perfect place for breakfast or dinner. A few minutes walk from the apartment is the beautiful sandy beach FLAMENCA BEACH, which also has bars and restaurants and a park. There is a cycle path around the coast and a coastal walking path with beautiful views.

The sea here is very clean and there are no urchins in it, which we know from Croatia.

Not far from the apartment there is also a supermarket, a pharmacy, several bars and restaurants and a very good Chinese restaurant.
