Less than 5 minutes walk / 250 meters from the sandy beaches of La Zenia (3 beaches close together). Hip shopping center La Zenia Boulevard 20 minutes walk, with a great choice of shops and restaurants. Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive, or a short bus ride away (many beaches to choose from and beautiful marina). La Zenia beach offers jet skis, pedal boats to rent, banana boat rides and beach bars in the summer and there is still plenty to do in the winter. The beach restaurant is open all year round and offers a large sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Ideally located for all amenities bars, restaurants, internet cafes, shops, 3 supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdresser, beauty salons, banks and churches are all within walking distance, so a car is not required. Family oriented, renewed, cold air conditioning, non-smoking apartment. Only for residents an outdoor swimming pool with separate children’s and jacuzzi areas.
