La Casina de la Higuera

“La Casina de la Higuera” is a small independent house, with lots of charm, with a beautiful porch and parking. Between the sea and the mountains, 500m from the beach of La Griega, between Colunga and Lastres, next to the Sierra del Sueve and the Jurassic museum. The space
The house has a porch to eat or rest outdoors, living room kitchen with a large island to eat and work with a view of the sea. The room is open to the living room and can be closed with an original sliding door that turns out to be a “mobile wall”, from the room you can exit to the porch. The bathroom has a ground-level shower with a beautiful natural light.
Guest access
“La casina de la higuera” is on the same land as “La Casina del prau” on a 1000 m2 plot divided into two parts of private use, the boundaries are clearly marked with the vegetation. Each house has its own access, private landscaped areas and parking.
Other things to note
The casina de la Higuera, offers us beautiful views due to its location high and in nature, is located in a rural area, is reached by a narrow road with little traffic. From the main road to the house there is a climb of approximately 500m to reach the house, it can be reached by two accesses, the first is a little longer and sinuous but it allows you to access the house directly from the front, from the second access, shorter and straight, we recommend continuing until past the house to change direction and access from the front because the direct turn involves making maneuvers.
