Brand new/modern Villa Leila with the private swimming pool and new furniture offers you a comfort holiday stay in Southern Spain on the Costa Calida in the region of Murcia in Mazarron in the urbanization of Country Club.
Villa is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom that comfortably sleeps 4 people (+2 on the sofa bed).
Bedroom 1 contains a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink & toilet.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes & bedside drawers.
The holiday home with the air-conditioned (heating/cooling) system features a fully equipped kitchen that is open to a sitting/living area with stunning mountain views from a large balcony.
The Sitting/living area also contains a sofa-bed there.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob & oven.
The Villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.
The ceiling fans and the fire alarms are located in both bedrooms.
The ground floor terrace has a private swimming pool with pool views and BBQ area with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Outdoor dining area offers you a day out in the open with a dining table & chairs, coffee table, sofa & armchairs.
This is a relaxing area excellent for private late-night cocktails & star gazing.
For added privacy, the Villa is fully fenced with CCTV system and a private entrance & roadside parking.
Bed linen and towels, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer are provided to make your stay more comfortable.
No smoking is allowed inside the Villa.
No pets are allowed at the Villa.
No electric equipment or glasses allowed in the swimming pool.
No hens & stags parties allowed in the Villa.
Upon your arrival you will be met/checked-in and checked-out by the owners of the Villa.
Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 10:00 pm & check-out time is from 8:00am to 10:00am.
Guests at the Villa will be able to enjoy activities in and around Mazarron & Puerto de Mazarron like snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, cycling and hiking.
Activities for children in summer (July, August) such as the Fair Party, in the evening: night market in the Puerto de Mazarron.
Golf activity on Camposol is only 5 minutes’ drive from the Villa.
Sunny beaches, shopping places, bars, restaurants along the Marina of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron is just 10-minutes’ drive.
Supermarket ‘’SPAR City’’ is located in Country Club open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9 pm and on Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
There is also a bar, Spanish restaurant ‘’El Faro del Country’’ that can be reached on foot in only 3 minutes.
BP Petrol Station is 3 minutes’ drive, open 7 days a week.
CONSUM Supermarket on Camposol is only 5 minutes’ drive from the Villa.
ALDI, LIDL, MERCADONA Supermarkets are 10-12 minutes’ drive from the Villa at the entrance of Puerto de Mazarron or another MERCADONA there is in Mazarron.
The Villa is 30 minutes’ drive from Murcia International Airport (Corvera), 1hr & 10 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport and 1h 30 minutes’ drive from Almeria Airport.
There are also direct flights from the U.K and Ireland to Murcia International Airport (Corvera).

The Villa will be rented out for a minimum 5-night stays.
A security deposit of €300 will be taken upon your arrival and returned following the check-out.
