The space
Typical Ibizan house with Nordic / industrial decoration and many recently renovated artistic touches and designed down to the last detail to make your vacation in Ibiza an unforgettable trip, the owner of the house, a visual artist based on the island is the designer of the furniture and creator of the different spaces.

The apartment located in a natural setting is a duplex located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Llonga and 10 minutes from the port of Ibiza and the center of Santa Eulalia, the area has all the services such as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc… a few minutes walk without using the car.

The house consists of 2 terraces, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living / kitchen / dining room with fireplace, has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

The first terrace has a large sofa, comfortable and spacious to enjoy a pleasant dinner, there is also an electric awning model veranda that can protect you from the sun in times of heat and can be picked up to enjoy the stars at night

The living room has a fireplace, a large table to eat or work comfortably, smart TV, Bluetooth Bose speaker, a careful ambient lighting and a large collection of art books design and photography

The kitchen is equipped with a tastefully selected home kitchen, all kitchen accessories such as pans and pots are new and of great quality. It has all the appliances that can be needed to enjoy the kitchen, toaster, microwave, blender, etc…

The main room has a double bed of 160cm, a large fitted wardrobe for storage , television and a terrace with a table where you can enjoy the sea views.

The secondary room has 2 beds of 90 cm that can be joined and make a big bed of 180cm in the event that the reservation is for 2 couples

* New beds and mattresses, purchased in November 2021, high quality mattresses, visco, 33 cm height

* Crib available for babies and children

The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub

*In the case of a reservation for 5 people an extra bed of 80 cm will be added an extra bed of 80 cm

My house is a house to enjoy nature and its sea views, it is located between 2 giant mountains with lots of vegetation and the sea in front.

The development has large common areas, 2 swimming pools and several restaurants
Other things to note
– No parties or excessive noise are allowed after midnight.
– The customer is responsible for any damage to the furniture
– Loss of keys can cost €50 of the deposit.
– Garbage bags must be carried at the exit. Failure to do so may result in a €50 deposit fee.
– Kitchenware must be clean and collected at the time of departure.
