This is an old charcoal house, renovated in 2012 on the beachfront. The design has been very careful and the space is very cozy. Its orientation allows you to enjoy impressive sunsets. IDEAL FOR COUPLES or families. It is a STUDIO consisting of a UNIQUE LIVING ROOM-BEDROOM, has 2 single beds and one double; a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace on foot from the beach.Bedsheets, towels, pillowcases, duvets and their covers are provided.
The space
It is an old coal house (built in the late 1800s (?)), totally renovated in 2012 and on the first line of the beach (in winter storms the waves can reach the terrace). The design has been very careful and the space is very cozy. Its orientation allows you to enjoy impressive sunsets. IDEAL FOR COUPLES or families. Accessible to people with motor difficulties (wheelchairs ).It is a STUDIO consisting of a UNIQUE LIVING ROOM-BEDROOM, has 2 single beds and one double bed; a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenette), a bathroom and a terrace on foot from the beach.Bedsheets, towels, pillowcases, duvets and their covers (winter) are provided. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, induction hob, microwave oven, hair dryer, heating plates, iron, etc. It has INTERNET connection (cable or WIFI) for exclusive use.

Other things to note
Everything in life is not perfect and in our case there are also some drawbacks. We have the bad luck that the garbage containers are located near the house, this is why annoying noises can be generated.
