The house of 130 m2 has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It has been completely renovated in summer 2023, has hot and cold air pumps in the living room and in all rooms keeping the house at the desired temperature. In winter, in addition, you can enjoy the impressive view of the large window of the living room and contemplate the beautiful sunsets of La Herradura in the heat of the fireplace. In the living room you will find a sofa and two cozy armchairs around the fireplace and is equipped with satellite TV and WIFI. The kitchen is elegantly integrated and open to the living room. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as complete crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils. The welcome pack, courtesy of the owners, includes water, milk, detergent etc. so that newly arrived tenants do not have to rush to the supermarket as soon as they arrive. The house includes 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite and the other shared, modern design and huge showers. The master bedroom includes a large window overlooking the sea so you can see the beautiful horseshoe coast just when you get up or just before going to sleep. All three bedrooms include a wardrobe and chest of drawers and stylish décor. Guests are provided with sheets, duvets, and towels. Cleaning is included in the price.
