A spacious holiday home for 5 people (plus 1 baby) just 75 metres from the beautiful infinity pool and only 5 car minutes or 15 minute walk from the beaches, restaurants and shops and the historic centre of Almuñécar. The beautiful Casa Londi is located higher up on a mountain, giving you beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. An ideal holiday home to offer absolute relaxation away from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Casa Londi was refurbished in 2020 in a very homely atmosphere and immediately gives you a relaxed holiday feeling upon entering. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. From the street you enter the hall which leads to the bedroom with two single beds and and bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. A staircase leads down to the large master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and wc. From the master bedroom you have a fantastic view over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. On the mezzanine floor you will find a separate toilet with sink and washing machine.Then you come to the lower floor where the tastefully decorated living room, kitchen and a large outdoor terrace are located. The dining room has a large wooden table that offers space to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and dolce gusto machine and of course all the utensils needed for your stay. The kitchen of the house is very spacious to prepare delicious dinners with the ingredients that you find in the local markets and with two sliding doors you can close off the kitchen from the living and dining room.
The lounge has a 42″ LCD smart TV with the option for guests to connect to their Netflix, Amazon Video or social media accounts. It also has Spanish TV channels. In the lounge you will find a lovely sofa, which can be converted into a spacious single bed and a large luxury sofa, there is also a colorful separate reading corner. The terrace has a built in BBQ for all your outdoor living along with a dining/lounge seating area and two sunbeds. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the mountains, which provide a different view at every hour of the day.

in case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival 50% refund. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.
The compensation will be refunded pro rata after deduction of administration costs, if the holiday home is
another tenant is reserved for the same period. The administration costs are €50
We advise you to take out a travel insurance and cancellation insurance.
The house owner is not liable for theft, accidents or damage on, around and in his accommodation. The exclusion of
liability applies to material damage, personal, property and business damage. The tenant is towards the house owner
liable for damage caused by the act or omission of himself and/or the (group) members.

I am Lonneke, a spontaneous, sporty and burgundy lady. For years, I ran a campsite and b&b with my husband in the Netherlands. After this wonderful adventure, we chose to buy a house in Spain (Almuñécar) so we can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, sun, beach and peace and quiet in beautiful Andalusia. We offer our spacious house as a holiday home for guests to also come and enjoy during an unforgettable holiday.
