Villa San Nicolas

Our Mediterranean villa is located in the Reserva de Los Montero’s within the Los Montero’s Complex. It is a two-floor one sided attached house with private garden. The ground floor consists of four bedrooms, a single bedroom, and three double bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have a bathroom on suite one with a large walk in shower. It is ideal for anyone with a mobility impairment, or family with children (for quick after beach showers) and is wheelchair accessible. The two double bedrooms on ground floor lead out to a covered terrace overlooking the garden.

The second floor has a large living room/dining room area leading onto the upstairs terrace. The dining table seats 6-8 people. The living room area consists of a large sofa, side chairs and tables, a small entertainment center (television, music, wifi, etc.). The terrace is equipped with sunbathing beds, chairs and table, ideal for sunbathing, outdoor reception area. The master bedroom is also on this floor, has a king size bed and bathroom ensuite ensuring privacy. It has direct access to the outside terrace which has views of the mountains, the sea, and golf course. We’re one of the most charming vacation home rentals in the area.
The community pool is shared by 9 owners. The house is 3 minutes away walking to Los Monteros Beach. Also at the foot of our beach is “Paseo Ronda Litoral” This is a wooden boardwalk that can take you all the way into Marbella town, a long walk but doable and great exercise.

There are three full bathrooms not two. Also two of those bathrooms are ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, and the second Bedroom has also a Bathroom ensuite. This bathroom is completely accessible. Third bathroom is shared by bedroom three and single bedroom four.

The kitchen has a small table that seats 4/6 people, and is completely outfitted with cooking utensils and dishware. A large fridge, gas stove, dishwasher complete the amenities. The view from the kitchen window is of the rock garden with palms and yucca trees, and multiple tropical plants. the kitchen leads out to the to the upstairs terrace with a small outdoor breakfast table, chairs and umbrella in front of an old elegant pepper tree.

There are two outdoor dining areas, one in the rock garden seating 8 to 10 people, ideal for evening dinner dining, and one on the covered downstairs terrace, which is perfect for outdoor luncheons, afternoon tea, seating 6 to 8 people.

The house is at walking distance to the beach. This literally means you don’t need a car, you walk down a palm lined street that leads directly to the beach – a three-minute walk. In the summer time there is a beach restaurant at the entrance to the beach, and several others a short walk along the beach. There is car parking outside of our house for two or three cars.
