Spacious and modern semi-detached house with fantastic sea views, located in the Los Pinos urbanization, within the exclusive Las Gaviotas complex, consisting of 10 houses that share a large 8 x 16 m communal pool and surrounding gardens. Just 2 minutes from the beach by car, and about 15 minutes on foot, although on the way back there is quite a slope so we recommend using the car.
The house is distributed in 3 levels. At street level, it has the entrance, a bedroom (1 double bed and a single bed) and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, a large living room with large windows that open onto the terrace and great views of the sea, a large open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, induction hob, oven, etc.), a toilet, and the large terrace with pergola, dining area, several sun loungers, ideal for organizing lunches and dinners outside and enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains as well as the tranquility of this area.
On the second floor, you have the master bedroom with a terrace with wonderful sea views, an en-suite bathroom, another 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom. all beds are double.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi. Parking area for 2 or 3 cars within the plot.
