A large communal swimming pool, a lift and underground parking are available. The apartment has recently been refurbished with a bright and modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a new bathroom.

The apartment has a large balcony with stunning views over the sea, the beach and the communal swimming pool; air-conditioning and free wifi andtastefully furnished. IPTV with English and multiple language channels, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen towels.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, balcony table and chairs. A baby cot and high chair are avilable for rental upon request.

Refundable 300 Euros damage deposit is required for short term rentals (up to 21 nights) at the time of booking (this is refundable within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified).

The price of short term rentals includes utilities.
