The house has privileged views and is located in a quiet area, with an adjoining pine forest and a super-wide terrace, which is protected with awnings, if desired, to take refuge from the sun.

The house consists of:

– Double room, with full bathroom.

– 2 double rooms, with shared bathroom

– 1 toilet with bathroom.

– Living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has its fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. All open with sea views.

– Rear terrace to hang clothes with laundry.

The house is in very good condition, since it is maintained all year round.

Entry on Sundays from 18:00 and departure before 12:00.

Minimum stay: 7 days.

The garden for own use and there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for when you come from the beach.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful centers of the Costa Brava, with all the charming and Romanesque towns very close. Wonderful coves with transparent water, and very close you can go diving in one of the areas and the natural park of Las Medas.
