This lovely apartment has recently been fully furnished and is located on the first floor with elevator in a fairly new apartment complex. There is a private parking space and storage room, so you don\’t have to bring your beach equipment inside.

There is a cozy living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen can be completely closed off from the living room by means of sliding doors.
The spacious terrace can be accessed from the living room and has a relaxing lounge corner and an outdoor table for breakfast or dinner.

There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180×200) and the other with two single beds (90×180).
The bathrooms are directly opposite the bedrooms and both have a comfortable walk-in shower with rain head, a sink and toilet.

The entire apartment is equipped with shutters, hot and cold air conditioning and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

In addition to using your national app to follow your fixed television programs, the smart television also has a receiver for German channels. You can also use, of course with your personal login details, Netflix or Prime Video etc.

Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

The minimum stay in the high season (July and August) is 1 week.
The minimum stay with Easter and Christmas week is 5 nights.
General minimum stay is 3 nights.
Final cleaning and linen pack € 180,- Per stay. The linen pack includes all the bed linen, bathroom, and beach towels, bathroom floor mats, kitchen towels, etc.
Electricity included.
Baby cot or high chair available on request for € 25,- each per booking.
