MAITAN: a balcony to the Mediterranean. Swimming pool. WIFI

“MAITAN” is an apartment on the first line, in an area called “Cap Blau” in El Campello, 5 minutes walk from Muchavista Beach, and 10 minutes from Trajo Beach, already in the town of El Campello.
Both from the living room and from the main room, you can see the sea. Both rooms can be fully opened to the outside.

“MAITAN” is an apartment located on the first floor of a building on the beachfront, with access to the new promenade that leads to Muchavista Beach, in a very quiet area.

The apartment has a spacious living room that is the jewel of the house. With spectacular views of the Mediterranean, it is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large table where up to 8 people can eat. The window is made of glass curtains, so that in summer it remains open and the living room becomes a spacious terrace. The TV is 46”.

The entire living room has automatic blinds, if more privacy is desired. It also has awnings in all the rooms that overlook the pool, in order to also give more privacy at times of the year when there are more people in the urbanization.

The living room also leads to a small corridor that connects with the two rooms.

The main room has a 190 x 135cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, reading lamps on the bed, and a large window (from ceiling to floor) that has views of the sea and the urbanization’s pool.

Inside this room there is a complete bathroom with shower and screen.

The second room has two 190 x 80 cm beds, a wardrobe and the possibility of converting the two beds into a 160 cm double bed. It has a window to the outside and an orientation that makes it very cool.

All rooms have fans to refresh the environment in a natural way.

In the same corridor is the second bathroom, with WC, sink and shower with screen.

In the hall there is a sliding door that leads to the kitchen. This has a refrigerator and two-door freezer, gas stove with smoke extractor system, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee maker, toaster. It is also equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

In the kitchen there is also the washing machine, and a cupboard with cleaning things. It is very bright and has a large window that communicates with the living room, with wonderful views of the sea and with the possibility of opening the window and integrating it into the living room through an American bar.

For access to the house there is an elevator. The apartment has outdoor parking.

The urbanization also has a door that leads directly to a very familiar pebble beach, since there are usually only people from the urbanization.
