I adore my house on the beach: it is comfortable, cool in summer. The pool for you alone and without anyone seeing you. The afternoons and nights on the terrace under the stars are priceless.

My house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge terrace where we spend summer afternoons and mornings the rest of the year. Garden on all four sides of the house and its own pool. It has heating and a fireplace for the winter. It is so well built and oriented that air conditioning is not necessary in summer. My family spends long summers in this beloved house. The house is very well prepared for families with children (the pool is fenced to prevent children from falling) or groups of (URL HIDDEN) area is very quiet even in summer. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, there are two very good restaurants 50 meters away and a supermarket, ice cream parlor and more restaurants about 100 meters away. Campoamor is very quiet. But it is close to Torrevieja where you will find all kinds of shops, bars and nightclubs.

The common area with large swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, cafeteria, etc. are also available to the people who are in my chalet
Other notable aspects
In winter and due to the heating and in summer due to the use of air conditioning (although it is practically never necessary), I cover the cost of 100KwH of electricity per week and the excess according to the meter is covered by the guests at 0.25 euros/ KwH
