Your family will have everything one step away in this accommodation located in front of the beach and next to the center of Benidorm, 300m from Elche Park.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable for 8 people and also if fewer come because we have the option of closing some of the rooms.
Casa Maravall has installed air conditioning in all rooms.

“Casa Maravall” is a comfortable apartment in Benidorm very well located next to the port and the town center. It has just been completely renovated and has all the necessary amenities to spend a few quiet days and just enjoy yourself. It has installed air conditioning in all rooms.
Casa Maravall has 4 rooms, with capacity for 8 people, although it is adapted to accommodate 4 people (we close two rooms) or 6 people (we close one room). All beds are single 90X190 cm.
It has two complete bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the necessary equipment to cook and eat at home. It also has a washing machine.
In the living room there is a TV that is Smart TV, WiFi and a large and comfortable sofa.
From the living room you can see the beach, which is only 20 meters from the apartment.
There is a garage space from a neighbor that can sometimes be rented to us at a price of 15 euros a day (60 euros a week).

Casa Maravall is located at the beginning of the Poniente beach, next to the port and the city of Benidorm. Therefore it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. At the same time it is very quiet because all the rooms are interior.
