Villa Limonero – With private garden and community pool

Villa Limonero is a lovely Holiday Villa located in quiet urbanization at just 4 km to Moraira and 6 km to Jávea’s sandy beach. It is the first Villa of 4 on a cul de sac and therefore little traffic passes the Villa. Behind the Villa is a green area with a rocky formation and therefore it has a private and quiet garden. It has beautiful mountain and vineyard views on its front side of the Villa.

The living area is on the first level of the property. (No downstairs neighbors). There are three bedrooms with ventilators and 1 bathroom with a bath/shower, a living room with Dutch satellite and Spanish television, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster a coffee machine, etc.

At the entrance of the villa is a small terrace with lounge seating overlooking the vineyards and the mountains. On the ground floor is a covered terrace with a dining table with ten chairs and a barbeque.

The Villa has an enclosed private garden with several sunbeds and small seating to relax the sunny weather or find a shady spot on warm days! There is private parking on the plot for 2 cars.

To cool down there is a community pool located only 200 meters from the house and at just 5 minutes’ walk is restaurant Alcasar. It is a lovely place to have a nice paella and enjoy the setting.

Winter let: November – March price upon request. There is a pellet stove for the winter months to keep warm.

The minimum stay in the high season (July and August) is 1 week.

Additional information:
Final cleaning and linen pack € 210 per stay. The linen packs consists of all the bed linen, bathroom, and beach towels, kitchen, etc.
Electricity included up to 100 Kwh* per week
Pets may be allowed in consideration with the owner prior to your reservation at an extra cost of € 50.
