Ground Floor Apartment Jardines del Sol – Javea Port

This lovely recently refurbished apartment is ideally located in the vibrant heart of Javea´s Port at a footstep to the pebbled beach. All the shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are in their direct environment. It sleeps six people, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two private terraces on each side of the flat and a private parking space in the underground garage. The perfect place for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in J’avea’s Port!

The apartment is on the ground floor with a lift and spread over one level. You enter a hall from where the living room is on the left. The living room is very cosily decorated with the Mediterranean style as the main tone. There is a nice dining table with 6 chairs and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and lounge chair. The television is a smart tv and can be used with internet access, such as Netflix etc.
Through double doors, there is a covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a coffee corner with 2 lovely lounge seats and on the lower terrace a modern seating area with parasol and views of the communal garden. From here is a passage to the communal pool.

There are three nicely decorated bedrooms of which the master bedroom has a bed of 180×200 and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90×200 and the third bedroom has two single beds of the same size such as a drawer bed. A second bathroom with a bath/shower combination and toilet is right in front of the corridor.

There is a newly fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, orange juice press, toaster, etc.
Next to the kitchen, there is access to one of the terraces with a large family dining table and six chairs. Good to know, from this terrace there is direct access to the street.

The minimum stay in the high season (July and August) is 1 week.
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Final cleaning and linen pack € 250,- Per stay. The linen pack includes all the bed linen, bathroom, and beach towels, floormats, kitchen towels, etc.
Electricity included.
Baby cot or high chair available on request for € 25,- each per booking.
