We are proud to offer you our elegant apartment, located 40 m from the exclusive Playa Levante in beautiful Santa Pola. It has 2 bedrooms for 2 people each.

The pleasant closed terrace on the fourth floor, connects with the living area and gives a side view of the sea on the exclusive Levante beach with its various bistros, restaurants and bars. In spring or autumn, when it is less hot, the terrace can be completely closed and it becomes a beautiful seating area.

As previously mentioned, it is only a few steps from the dike and the beautiful beach. During all holiday periods, public sun loungers and umbrellas are rented for bathers. We have 4 beach chairs available for you.

The whole house has inversion air conditioning so it’s nice and cool in the summer and warm for the winter.

In the comfortable seating area you can enjoy the Smart TV with a wide range of television channels. Receive most radio channels via Internet and Wifi. The living area consists of a sofa for 4 people and a single sofa. The latter can be deployed in the living room as a single bed.
The dining area with extendable table and sideboard fits perfectly with the living area.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle…
In addition, it has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, as well as kitchen towels, tea towels…

The first bedroom (master bedroom) has a comfortable double bed with a solid mattress and a large built-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with solid mattresses and a large built-in wardrobe.
There is also a baby cot and baby high chair on request (max. 3 years or max 15kg)

The bathroom with bathtub is centrally located between the two bedrooms. There is a hair dryer.

In the patio is the washing machine, the dryer and the ironing board. Or better yet, you can quickly dry your wet clothes in the sun on the communal roof terrace.

Between the end of June and the beginning of September it is practically impossible to find a parking space in the streets of Santa Pola. You can rent our parking space 5 minutes from the apartment for 10 euros per day. Outside this period you can park on the street.

The environment

Our accommodation is located 40 meters from the beautiful beach and the boardwalk with the necessary restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, fine shops, etc.

The open-air market of Santa Pola takes place every Monday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is a very large and popular market, with about 440 stalls (the 100 food stalls are ONLY on Saturdays), which also offers clothing, accessories, appliances, etc. The market is located in front of the Bus Station and is a 14-minute walk from the apartment.

The cozy typical Spanish market square with its centuries-old castle is 300 meters away.

Supermarkets such as Díalprix, sandwich shops and cafes, and specialty shops are within walking distance. We have a shopping cart.

El Altet Airport is 17 km away. Take a taxi to your accommodation and enjoy your beach or water sports vacation without worries.

Take a walk along the beach line to the marina. There you can sign up for a diving course, snorkeling, jet skiing, sailing…

Visit the island of TABARCA on a catamaran and practice snorkeling, take a walk, sunbathe and, above all, enjoy a delicious meal. Tickets are available at the dock of the fishing port.

Rent a mountain bike for long rides in the mountains.

For the more adventurous, you can go paragliding in Gran Alacant.

Visit the largest palm garden in Europe in ELCHE – distance 17 km

Go to the beautiful Rio Safari Elche zoo – distance 6.1 km

Visit the natural park of Santa Pola and the salt flats of Santa Pola – distance 6.5 km.
